Is there really no subscription?
Correct. You only pay when you buy a label. No monthly fee, no annual contract, no minimum volume.
How are the rates so cheap?
We pass through commercial carrier rates that aren't available to walk-in customers at the post office. USPS Priority Mail at commercial pricing is typically 25-40% cheaper than retail.
Do I need a printer?
Yes — a regular inkjet or laser printer works fine. You can also use thermal label printers if you have one.
What about returns and refunds on unused labels?
Unused labels are automatically refunded after a few weeks if they're never used. You can also request a refund manually if you bought one by mistake.
How is this different from PandaShip 3PL?
PandaShip is for shipping labels — you pack and ship yourself. PandaShip 3PL is full fulfillment — we warehouse, pick, and ship your orders. If you're moving 100+ orders a day, the 3PL is probably what you want.
